Adams County Takeout App
This was a project that came out of a need in the area during the Covid-19 quarantine. There was a Facebook group that was started for people to find local restaurants that still offered take out. It was a good idea but there was no way for people to search for restaurants and their menus easily. The question came up a few times about a list that would be easy to search and sort. When I saw that question arise several times, the idea for the app was born. It started with just six restaurants and has grown to over 40 and now we are adding farms and local butchers to be found as well. The app was made and offered to owners and users free of charge.
